Jean Pigozzi is to show key works from his holdings

MIAMI. Paris-born collector Jean Pigozzi, who owns one of the worlds largest collections of contemporary African art, is to show key works from his holdings at the Garage Center for Contemporary Culture in Moscow next summer.
The show, Double Take on the African/Japanese Collection of Jean Pigozzi, presents works mainly by Congolese artists as well as a selection of pieces by Japanese practitioners aged under 30. Belgian artist Carsten Höller is the curator and artists represented in the show include Malian photographer Malick Sidibé.
The exhibition first opened at the Magasin Centre National dArt Contemporain in Grenoble last February.
